Japan: Strong Winds Sweep Across Country, Causing Damage To Tokyo Metropolitan Area

A low-pressure system brought strong winds across the country on Monday, March 18, causing damage in the metropolitan area. A truck was overturned on the Central Circular Route of the Metropolitan Expressway, and the roofs and walls of commercial facilities and construction sites were blown off.
