Ex-lawmaker Narazaki dies

TOKYO, Japan - File photo taken in October 1988 shows House of Representatives lawmaker Yanosuke Narazaki asking questions in the Diet related to the Recruit stock-for-favors scandal. His family said on Feb. 29, 2012, that Narazaki had died. He was 91.
