145-year-old Morse telegraph terminal tested in Tokyo

TOKYO, Japan - Yoshitomo Tokugawa operates a Morse telegraph terminal station presented to the Japanese government in 1854 by Matthew Perry, the U.S. naval officer who reopened Japan to the Western world, at the Communication Museum in Tokyo on Dec. 8.
