SOUNDBITE 1 (Chinese): YANG HUA, Winner of the women's race STORYLINE: More than 10,000 runners joined the 2022 Chengdu Marathon early Sunday morning in southwest China's Sichuan Province. In the men's race, Guan Yousheng claimed the title in 2:15:06, while Yang Hua won in the women's competition by running the 42-kilometer track in 2:35:38. SOUNDBITE (Chinese): YANG HUA, Winner of the women's race "I did my best to complete the race. The encouragement and support from the spectators brought me a lot of confidence and helped me win the title." The Chengdu Marathon was first held in 2017.
