The latest data shows that the population of wild Siberian tigers in the Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park has rebounded to 50, while the figure was 27 around five years ago. Meanwhile, the number of Amur leopards in the park has increased from 42 in 2017 to 60. The park spans an area of over 1.4 million hectares in the northeastern provinces of Jilin and Heilongjiang.
