China: Typhoon Ragasa Hits Guangdong, Floods Zhuhai Coastline

Typhoon Ragasa made landfall on the coast of Hailing Island, part of Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, southern China, on Wednesday, September 24, at around 17:00. This video shows the flooded coastline of Zhuhai, a city located about 140 km east of Yangjiang.
