VINNYTSIA, UKRAINE - JULY 14, 2024 - First deputy head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration Natalia Zabolotna and MP Iryna Borzova (R to L) pay tribute to the victims of the Russian missile strike on downtown Vinnytsia on July 14, 2022, at the To the Victims of Missile Attacks on Vinnytsia memorial in Peremohy Square, Vinnytsia, west-central Ukraine. Twenty-nine people, including three children, were killed by the attack.
