Zubeyde Zumrut Confederation of Kurdish Associations of Europe KCDK-E during a demonstration organised by the Kurdish community to mark the anniversary of the Kurdish people killed, in Paris, France, on January 6, 2024. On 9 January 2013, a first terrorist attack claimed the lives of three Kurdish activists: Sakine Cansiz, Fidan Dogan and Leyla Saylemez. Almost 10 years later, three other Kurdish activists, Emine Kara, Mir Perwer and Abdurrahman Kizil, lost their lives in a second terrorist attack.
