Spain: High Winds Lash Barcelona Area as Storm Nils Arrives 3

Barcelona is on high alert as Storm Nils lashes the city with hurricane-force gusts. After peak winds of 105 km/h at the Port, authorities activated the maximum emergency plan for wind.
