MINAMISANRIKU, Japan - People look through photographs displayed in the quake- and tsunami-hit town of Minamisanriku in Miyagi Prefecture on Aug. 31, 2011, the last day of an exhibition aimed at returning the photos, as well as other personal items, to their owners. Of some 200,000 items retrieved by volunteer workers, about 40,000 items, including photographs, have been returned to their owners.
