US: Protesters March Around UN Headquarters as Netanyahu Addresses Assembly

Protesters marched around the UN headquarters in New York on Thursday, September 24, as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the 81st session of the UN General Assembly. Demonstrators waved Palestinian flags and chanted Free Palestine. Supporters of Netanyahu also held a rally in the city. According to police sources, about 100 people, including celebrities and lawmakers, were detained.
