NIIGATA, Japan - This is a senior high school photo of Nobuyuki Sato, a 37-year-old jobless man in Niigata Prefecture, arrested on a charge of abducting a schoolgirl and confining her for more than nine years and taken to Sanjo Police Station, where the task force on the adduction case is located, on Feb. 11.
