A group of residents in Sichuan captured a dramatic mountain mirage on Tuesday, January 6, while admiring a snowcapped summit wrapped in thick mist. The fleeting scene showed clouds appearing to lift the peak into another realm as a shimmering mirage emerged above the snowy ridge.

On Saturday morning, beautiful kites of various colors, shapes and sizes, including flying dragons, whales and crabs, decorated the sky over the Scheveningen beach. During the two-day kite festival, kite pilots from dozens of countries will present kite-flying air shows and demonstrations.
