Japan: Snow-Covered Mount Fuji Captured From Flight

A breathtaking view of snow-covered Mount Fuji was captured from a flight traveling from Tokyo International Airport to Kumamoto Airport on February 13, 2026. According to the filmer, an in-flight announcement indicated the aircraft was cruising at an altitude of approximately 28,000 feet at the time the footage was recorded.

US: Wildfire Prompts Evacuations and Power Outages in North Ogden, Utah

A wildfire called the Willard Peak Fire broke out on August 13 in the Willard Hills/North Ogden area, Utah, originating from a vehicle fire. The blaze has grown to more than 750 acres, threatening hundreds of nearby homes at risk. Authorities have ordered evacuations in affected neighborhoods, and residents are urged to stay away from the fire zone. Ground crews, helicopters, and air tankers are actively fighting the fire. The fire has also caused widespread power outages, as Rocky Mountain Power temporarily shut off lines for safety.

US: Aerial View Of Huge Wildfire Smoke In Texas As Plane Takes Off

This video was shot from a flight leaving an airport in Amarillo, Texas on Tuesday, February 27 showing smoke from a wildfires raging in Texas Panhandle. The Smokehouse Creek Fire that started on Monday is estimated to have burned more than 850,000 acres with 3% containment as of Wednesday. Several other fires namely the Grape Vine Creek Fire, Windy Deuce Fire, and Juliet Pass Fire have also erupted in the state.

NASA SuperSonic Low Boom Airplane Concept

Handout- In the high desert of California, some of the most important aircraft in aviation history have been built and flown. NASAs X-59 QueSST (short for Quiet SuperSonic Technology) is an experimental piloted aircraft designed to fly faster than sound without producing the annoying if not alarming sonic booms of previous supersonic aircraft. It is the latest craft to take shape at Skunk Works, a renowned Lockheed Martin division that for the past 76 years has used a unique approach to design and manufacturing that has produced the nations most advanced airplanes.
