TOKYO, Japan - Police cover a section of beach in Miura, Kanagawa Prefecture, with plastic sheets on Feb 9, where they have discovered what appears to be parts of a woman's body. Police are trying to determine if the severed arm and ankles are parts of the body of British woman Lucie Blackman, who has been missing since last July.
