KUNIMI, Japan - Farmer Hiroshi Hoshino hangs "kaki" Japanese persimmons to make half-dried "anpogaki" fruit in Kunimi, Fukushima Prefecture, northeastern Japan, on Nov. 22, 2014. Production of the fruit was voluntarily restrained until last year in the aftermath of the 2011 Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant disaster.
