The 2023 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show officially kicked off on Saturday at the McCormick Place in downtown Chicago. Exhibitors have put on display more than 900 product categories covering beverages, food, equipment, furnishings and decorations, paper, tableware, uniforms and apparels, among others. Launched in 1919, the NRA show is one of the largest annual gatherings of food service professionals in the Western Hemisphere. The 2023 show will last until Tuesday.
