N. Korea's nuclear negotiator in Beijing

BEIJING, China - North Korea's Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan waves as he arrives at Beijing international airport on Oct. 30 ahead of the arrival his U.S. counterpart Christopher Hill, assistant secretary of state for East Asian and Pacific affairs. The two are expected to meet in Beijing to discuss North Korea's denuclearization steps. (Kyodo)
