France: Fire Burns Recyling Plant in Paris, Sending Huge Black Smoke

A massive black cloud was seen across Paris on Monday evening, April 7 as a fire erupted at the Syctom recycling facility in 17th arrondissement, the city's northwest. No injuries have been reported, but the recycling plant was badly damaged. This video, shot in 15th arrondissement, shows a huge plume of smoke rising behind Eiffel Tower.
