UK: Thousands Protest Migrant Housing Plans in Waterlooville

About 2,000 people protested in Waterlooville, South East England on Wednesday, July 30 against plans to house 35 asylum seekers in town-center apartments. Protesters and local MPs, including Suella Braverman, oppose the plan, fearing single men will be housed despite official claims it’s for families. Demonstrators criticized the council and chanted for migrants to be sent home.
