Buckingham Palace has announced Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh, has passed away age 99 - FILE - Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with their children Princess Charlotte and Prince George, Queen Elizabeth II, Duke of Edinburgh, on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, central London after they attended the Trooping the Colour ceremony as the Queen celebrates her official birthday today. The procession will be accompanied by a Sovereign's Escort of the Household Cavalry, made up of Life Guards and Blues and Royals, in their silver and gold breastplates and plumed helmets.
