Public transportation, including buses and subways in Fuzhou, was temporarily suspended on Saturday morning after the city initiated a Level-I emergency response for rainstorms triggered by Typhoon Doksuri. Impacted by the typhoon, Fuzhou has experienced continuous heavy rainfall since Friday.
