Panasonic to launch phone to deter unwelcome calls

Mystery bomb threats across Russia

Students and faculty evacuate from the buildings at International University in Moscow on Sept. 13, 2017, following a bomb threat. Around 30 public buildings in the capital were targeted by similar hoax calls, affecting more than 50,000 people.
