S. Korea's 'chaebol' announce restructuring plans

South Korea's five largest business conglomerates or ''chaebol'' agreed Thursday Sept. 3 to restructure their affiliated companies in line with demands by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to streamline the country's economy.
