Pro-Palestine Rally - Washington

Pro-Palestine Rally - Washington

During the March on Washington for Gaza rally in Washington, DC, on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024, numerous Muslim participants engaged in prayers on the street in front of the White House. The waving of Palestinian flags further strengthens the unity and advocacy for the Palestinian people among the demonstrators. Additionally, the formal appeal by South Africa to the United Nations' International Court of Justice, urging an end to Israel's military operations in Gaza and seeking a ruling on the characterization of these actions as genocide, resonates with the broader sentiments expressed during the rally. The convergence of various forms of expression at the event reflects the multifaceted nature of the ongoing discussions surrounding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
