World's biggest "chigiri-e" completed in Kobe

KOBE, Japan - A 1.8-by-40.5-meter ''chigiri-e,'' recognized as the world's largest by the Guinness World Records, is displayed in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, on Feb. 2, 2014. "Chigiri-e" is a Japanese art form using torn colored paper to create images.
