China: Chubby Cat Squeezes Into Bag, Becomes a “Pillow”

On December 9, 2025, in Henan, located in central China’s Henan province, a video captured a chubby cat squeezing into a white transparent non-woven bag. As the cat settled inside, the bag ballooned into a rounded, cushion-like shape. From the outside, the filled bag looked like a plump tabby pillow resting on the floor. The cat’s body pressed against the sides, stretching the material into a smooth, firm surface. The owner laughed while opening the bag to let the cat out and joked to Chinese netizens that this was a simple way to “make” a fat-cat pillow at home. Viewers commented that the cat’s size made the effect especially convincing.

China: Tiny Hedgehog Spotted on Quiet Night Street in Shanxi

On July 26, 2025, in Shanxi, located in northern China, a driver noticed a small round creature on a quiet street at night. Turning on his headlights, he saw a tiny hedgehog walking slowly across the road. The hedgehog looked startled by the light, turned around, and started walking away with its chubby little paws. The adorable scene melted viewers’ hearts, as Chinese netizens called it “the cutest traffic encounter ever.”

China: Penguin’s Lightning-Fast Dive Amazes Viewers in Jiangsu Zoo

On September 18, 2025, in Jiangsu, located in eastern China, a video showed a penguin leaping into the water. It darted across the pool like an arrow shot from a bow. The penguin swiftly turned around and swam back before jumping onto the shore in one quick motion. Its speed surprised many viewers. Chinese netizens said the chubby penguin proved that penguins are true swimming experts.
