"Monjayaki" pan-fried batter

Photo taken on March 12, 2018, shows "monjayaki" served at a restaurant in Tsukishima in Tokyo's Chuo Ward. Monjayaki is a flour-based batter topped with shredded cabbage and other ingredients that customers cook by themselves on a hot plate and eat right off the plate.
