Astronaut Scrubbed From Apollo 13 Dies At 87

(Ken) Mattingly II, who was scheduled as a prime crew member for the Apollo 13 lunar landing mission but was replaced in the final hours when it was discovered he had been exposed to measles, watches the liftoff phase of the mission.
