Banker arrested on charge of killing cat with crossbow

TOKYO, Japan - Police display arrows and two crossbows they found at the home of Akihiko Higuchi at a Tokyo police station Feb. 5. Higuchi, a 44-year-old Industrial Bank of Japan employee, was arrested on suspicion of killing a neighbor's cat with the crossbow last December.
