MAEBASHI, Japan - Yasushi Kaneko promotes 'tonkatsu' or pork cutlets in Numata, Gunma Prefecture, on Aug. 6, 2014, as he leads a campaign involving tonkatsu restaurants along National Road 120 near the Numata Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway in Numata, Gunma Prefecture.
