According to a notification issued on Wednesday by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), falling under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the export is permitted through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL). "Export of non-basmati white rice ... to Nepal, Cameroon, Cote d'Ivore, Guinea, Malaysia, Philippines, and Seychelles is notified," said the notification issued by DGFT.
