TOKYO, Japan - Former Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi, thanks her supporters in Yokohama after she was reelected the House of Councillors on July 29 on the Liberal Democratic Party ticket. She was first elected to the upper house in 2005 in a by-election in Kanagawa Prefecture.
