Farmers Protest - Madrid

Several people during a protest of farmers and ranchers in front of the Ministry of Agriculture, on December 16, 2024, in Madrid (Spain). Farmers and ranchers, convened by Asaja and COAG, come out today to protest to show their discomfort at the "lack of effective responses to the many problems" that accumulates the sector, including the agreement between the EU and Mercosur, which ''see a great threat to the field''. In addition, they reiterate that the high production costs and low prices at source in much of the productions remain a drag on the economies of their farms, of which many are doomed to closure. China: Dazzling Sunset Overwhelmed By Swarms Of Gnats In Qiqihar

On September 21, 2024, in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province, northeastern China, a video captured a beautiful yet unsettling scene during sunset. The golden evening light bathed the ground, creating a stunning view, but the air was filled with countless tiny gnats swarming everywhere. The sheer number of insects, densely packed and hovering in the air, created a sight that could easily trigger discomfort for those with a fear of clusters. Chinese netizens joked that running through the swarm with an electric mosquito swatter would create a satisfying buzz.
