KAZO, Japan - A wheelchair-bound evacuee from the town of Futaba in Fukushima Prefecture near the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant that was stricken by the March 11, 2011, earthquake and tsunami, arrives at a new evacuation center in Kazo, Saitama Prefecture, on March 30. The evacuees from Futaba relocated from Saitama Super Arena in the same prefecture to a disused high school in Kazo.
