Prosecutors demand 3-yr prison term for ex-business tycoon Tsuts

TOKYO, Japan - Yoshiaki Tsutsumi, former chairman of Kokudo Corp. and Seibu Railway Co., arrives at the Tokyo District Court to attend his trial on Sept. 9.
