Trial opens for Osaka ex-gov. accused of sexual molesting

OSAKA, Japan - People line up outside the Osaka District Court on March 21 to get seats through a drawing of lots at the first hearing of the trial of former Osaka Gov. Knock Yokoyama, who has been accused of sexually molesting a female assistant during an election campaign. Yokoyama admitted to the court groping the 21-year-old college student in a campaign van, saying he agreed with the contents of the indictment.
