US: Mass ‘No Kings’ Rally Fills NYC Streets

On Saturday, June 14, cities across the United States saw tens of thousands take to the streets in protest of President Donald Trump. Demonstrations filled public spaces just ahead of a planned military parade in Washington, D.C., commemorating the Army's 250th anniversary — an event that also happens to coincide with the president's birthday. In New York City, the "No Kings" march began at Bryant Park in the afternoon. From there, an estimated 50,000 participants made their way down Fifth Avenue before assembling at Madison Square Park.
