US: At Least 15 Killed After Truck Rams Into Crowd In New Orleans On New Year’s Day

A truck rammed into a crowd celebrating New Year’s on Bourbon Street in New Orleans’ French Quarter, killing at least 15 people and injuring dozens. The suspect, 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar, was killed during a firefight with police.

A South Korean naval vessel March 17 raised a North Korean mini-submersible which was sunk in 150 meters of water about 100 km south of Koje island in a firefight last December. The island is located about 460 km from the N-S Korea border. At least two decomposed bodies were reportedly found on board.
