On the third anniversary of the liberation of Bucha, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska honored the memory of the victims. A ceremony took place at the memorial on the grounds of the Church of the Holy Apostle Andrew the First-Called and All Saints, attended by leaders and representatives of the parliaments of Belgium, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Estonia, Iceland, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Finland, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Sweden, and the European Parliament. Also present were Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, and representatives of local authorities.
