TOKYO, Japan - Former professional baseball players Hideki Matsui (R) and Shigeo Nagashima, Matsui's first pro skipper, wave at fans aboard a car making a circuit on the ground of Tokyo Dome in Tokyo on May 5, 2013, during a ceremony marking Matsui's retirement, given by his first pro baseball club, the Yomiuri Giants. Another ceremony was also held there later that day in which Prime Minister Shinzo Abe presented the People's Honor Award to them.
