VIENNA, Austria - People look at a stone peace monument unveiled in a park in Vienna's Ottakring district on Sept. 9. The flagstone from Hiroshima's old city hall, provided by the Hiroshima municipal government, was exposed to radiation in the 1945 U.S. atomic bombing of the city. The flagstone is 180 centimeters high and weighs around 800 kilograms.
