TOKYO, Japan - Fourth favorite Wing Arrow (No. 14) forges ahead over the final furlong on Feb. 20 in Tokyo to win the 17th running of the February Stakes by half a length. Wing Arrow completed the 1,600-meter race in chilly, wet conditions at Tokyo Racecourse in 1 minute, 35.6 seconds to win the top prize of 94 million yen and give French jockey Olivier Peslier his first victory in a Grade 1 race in Japan.
