Renowned Singaporean photographer arrested

TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows a book of photos taken by Leslie Kee, a renowned Singaporean photographer, that contains images of male genitals. Tokyo police arrested Kee on Feb. 4, 2013, on suspicion of distributing obscene documents by selling the book. Kee is known for his works featuring music stars such as Lady Gaga and Yumi Matsutoya.

XIAN, China - An effigy of a Japanese carrying slogans such ''Jap, get out of China'' is hung during a student protest march in the central Chinese city of Xian on Nov. 1. On Oct. 29, three Japanese language students and a Japanese professor at Northwest University, a general-purpose college with 2,300 students and 1,100 faculty, wore bras and hung fake genitals from their waists at a party performance, according to reports by the official Xinhua News Agency.
