TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi (2nd from R) presides over a meeting of his economic ministers called on April 14 at his official residence to endorse a governent monthly economic report for April. The said in the report that the economy ''is recovering,'' leaving its assessment unchanged for the second straight month.
