OSAKA, Japan - British and American journalists working in the Kansai region of western Japan have compiled a guidebook on Osaka and Kobe, the regional host cities for the upcoming World Cup soccer finals, for foreign journalists covering the events. About 2,000 copies are to be distributed free at hotels where foreign journalists are expected to stay during the May 31-June 30 World Cup.
