Japan's top court clears way for damages in hepatitis B relapse case

Japan's top court overturned Monday a lower court ruling that denied damages to chronic hepatitis B sufferers who contracted the disease in a state-run vaccination rollout, recovered and then relapsed, saying the plaintiffs have the right to claim damages.
