Spain: Thousands Evacuate As Torrential Rain Hits Malaga 3

The new DANA (isolated depression at high levels) brought heavy rainfall to Malaga, leading to flash flooding on Wednesday, November 13. Parts of Malaga and Tarragona regions have been placed under red alert. The inclement weather prompted the evacuation of thousands of people and school closures.
