China: Malfunctioning Electric Car Spins Repeatedly in Traffic

A malfunctioning small electric vehicle spun uncontrollably in the middle of a public road in China, creating a dangerous situation for nearby drivers. The incident occurred on December 5, 2023, in Jiangsu Province.
