Data from ITO, one of the world's largest chambers with over 700,000 members, showed that monthly inflation for retail prices in the city of nearly 16 million people increased by 3.52 percent in December. The highest price increases in December were reported for "health and personal care," followed by "culture, education and entertainment" and food products, with 5.15, 5.10, and 4.90 percent hikes respectively.
